Shipping & Returns

POD (Print On Demand)

Products such as t-shirts, mugs and art work are print on demand and are printed and posted through a 3rd-party company, Printful. Products ordered that are POD will be posted separately from other products.

UK Shipping

Products are offered either 1st & 2nd class Signed for & Tracked  via Royal Mail. Please see all prices & options by adding items to your cart & entering your shipping address.

If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 days of ordering, please contact us via email at : info@taylorastonwhite.com and someone will investigate as soon as possible. 


Parcels will typically reach the recipient within 2-4 working days after it has been dispatched.


Delivery to remote areas of the UK such as Isle of Wight, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may take up to 7 working days.

International Shipping

International orders are posted via UK Royal Mail tracked.

Europe: 5 - 7 working days after dispatch

Rest of World: 7 - 14 working days after dispatch

Customs Tax

Please check locally whether you have customs tax for items posted from the UK. It's your responsibility to pay it once the package reaches your country. 

Returns

Please contact us with the form below regarding returns. Please note we only accept returns for exchange of size, and not for change of mind.

Before you bag up your item/s, please make sure that there are no rips, holes or makeup stains in the item. Product must be in perfect condition.

Return to us. Make sure to send it via tracked post as we can track. Please send tracking info to Info@taylorastonwhite.com

Refund

Once we receive the product we will issue a refund. YOU must then re-order the correct size.

Printful will then post the new size to you.

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED.
